Quick Details

All cabins / motel are smoke free. we do not do daily towel service; we do not supply paper towels coffee filters for drip or personal shampoo etc. towels are not to be taken out of the cabin for any reason.

There is a minimum of $25.00 per cabin/ per motel room, conference center cancellation fee for any cancellations
must be 14 days or greater from reservation date and time a fee of $25,00 per item rented.
Less than 14 days of reservation date, no refund or rain checks will be issued. No exceptions.

we are separate from the campground no refunds or rain checks are giving with issues at the campground, cabins motel floating conference center no refunds or rain checks will be giving with campground issues of any kind.

Cancellations cannot be taken online. Please call 573-468-6519 to make cancellations

Trees and logs and limbs are not to be taken from the woods and used for firewood.

###Excessive Cleaning Fee Policy
Cabin guests are required to complete check-out procedures before departing,
Charges will be levied for unusually dirty cabins and/or damage to cabin / motel furniture and contents. Dog owners are responsible for cleaning up after their dogs inside and outside the cabin / motel. Additional fees may be assessed when extra cleaning is required $75.00.

###Check In Policy
Check-In time is 3:00 pm. no early check-ins unless approved. Meramec State Park Cabins & Hickory Ridge Motel check-in is done at the Fireside Store & Grill. For check-ins Monday – Thursday, before Memorial Day and after Labor Day,
please call for 1-573-468-6519 verification is required. If you are checking in after 8:00pm during the regular season, you will also need to call 1-573-468-6519 verification is required Cabin rates are based on a per-occupancy rate. Failure to claim all guests and pet will result in forfeiture of future reservations and you may be asked to leave with no refund or rain check. Guest bringing dogs must register their dogs at check-in.

###Smoking Policy
NO SMOKING OF ANY KIND IN CABINS / MOTEL INCLUDING VAPING ETC. FEE OF $100 WILL CHARGED IF CABIN NEED TO BE AIRED OUT AND EXTRA CLEANING FEE APPLIES. All buildings at Meramec State Park are designated non-smoking. Smoking is allowed only outside of cabins / motel. Cigarette butts are considered trash and must be disposed of properly.

###Dog Policy
With the exception of Cabins 5, 10A, 10B, and 11 all cabins are participating in the new Missouri State Parks “Cabins for Canines” program. Guests are allowed to bring up to two dogs per cabin. There is a $20.00 fee for each dog, per night, collected at Check-In or on online booking. An additional fee may be assessed when extra cleaning is required $75.00. Dog owners are responsible for cleaning up after their dogs, inside and outside the cabin / motel. Dogs must be registered at Check-In and on a leash at all times. Guests failing to register all guest and their pet at Check-In will be asked to leave without refund or rain check even for the remaining days.

###Reservation Policy
There is a two-night minimum stay for all cabin / motel reservations, three nights for holiday weekends. Payment in full for each cabin/motel reservation is required at the time reservation is made. Conference Center reservations can be made by calling 573-468-6519 or online. Reservations can be secured with MC, VISA, Discover etc., no personal check.
if booked more than one night and have to leave for any reason no refunds or rain checks will be given, if you cannot make your date that you booked online on the same day or booked the wrong location no matter when. no refund no rainchecks will be given, be sure you’re at the right location.

###Check Out Procedure
*Check-Out time is 11:00 am. a charge will impose for a late check out, $50.00 every half hour
When you leave, do the following: *
AT ANYTIME IS FURNITURE TO BE TAKEN OUTSIDE OR MOVED FROM ROOM TO ROOM.
1. Empty trash and place in dumpster.
2. Wash and return all cookware & utensils to cabinet do not leave dishes in rake.
3. Turn on air conditioner to auto to 67 /heat for spring, fall months auto to 69.
4. Turn off all lights, fans & unplug all small appliances.
5. Replace outside chairs to the front of cabin.

6. Dog owners are responsible for cleaning up after their dogs inside and outside the cabin.
7. NO TRASH TO BE BURNED IN FIRE PITS OR BBQ OF ANYKIND.
8. check out is located in Fireside Store & Grill.
9. late check out after 11:00am will be charge $50.00 every half hour. no exception unless approved.
Charges will apply for failure to complete check-out procedures. Additional charges of $75.00 will be levied for unusually dirty cabins and damage done to cabin furniture and contents will be charged.
10 absolutely no smoking of any kind inside the cabin / motel including vaping.
