You must cancel at least fourteen (14) days prior to reservation date. a charge of $25 per item rented.
If the cancellation is made less, then 14 days from booking date no refund no rain check, or future date will be given.
Total payment will be forfeited for early departure or less than a fourteen-days from your booking date.

Smoking Policy
NO SMOKING OF ANY KIND IN CABINS / MOTEL INCLUDING VAPING ETC. FEE OF $100 WILL CHARGED IF CABIN NEED TO BE AIRED OUT AND EXTRA CLEANING FEE APPLIES. All buildings at Meramec State Park are designated non-smoking. Smoking is allowed only outside of cabins. CONFERENCE CENTER SMOKING VAPING OFF THE GROUNDS. Cigarette butts are considered trash and must be disposed of properly.
no smoking of any kind in or on the deck at the motel walkways stairs all to be done off grounds. Strickly enforced.

NO BBQ OF ANYKIND TO BE USED ON THE MOTEL / CONFERENCE CENTER GROUNDS DECKS WALKWAYS AT ANYTIME.  

SETTING OFF THE FIRE ALARM DUE TO SMOKING VAPING OR BBQ ON CONFERENCE CENTER GROUNDS ARE GROUNDS FOR REMOVAL AT THAT TIME.
