There is a seven day cancellation policy; if you do not give seven days notice, you will lose the entire amount listed above. If you do give at least seven days notice, you will only be charged a $5.00 cancellation fee for every canoe cancelled and a $10.00 fee for every raft cancelled. If we cancel float due to bad weather, we will issue you a rain check, valid for one year.

On the day of your float, you must check-in at the River Stop Store (Memorial Weekend - Labor Day Weekend) or The Fireside Store & Grill (Spring & Fall) at least 30 minutes before your float time to sign-up!! There is no glass alowed on the Meramec River. Dogs are only allowed in canoes; no dogs allowed on rafts. Thank you!!!
